HISPAC’s mission is to build lasting Hispanic political power across Louisiana by recruiting new voters, developing leaders, organizing communities, and mobilizing Hispanics to participate at every level of the political process. We identify and recruit future candidates, expand voter registration and turnout, connect our community with elected leaders, and build the organization necessary to turn Hispanic participation into meaningful representation and influence. Our goal is not simply to have a voice in Louisiana’s future, but to help shape it.
